Return Policy and Hardware Warranty
Thank you for choosing Green PC. We strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please review our return policy and hardware warranty information below:
30-Day Return Policy:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted or may be subject to a restocking fee.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team by emailing sales@greenpcwa.com or calling 1-253-473-4300 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and manuals.
- Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 3 business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping expenses.
1-Year Computer Hardware Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our computers with a comprehensive 1-year hardware warranty. Please familiarize yourself with the terms and conditions of our warranty below:
Coverage:
Our 1-year hardware warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to all components and parts included in your computer system.
Warranty Claim Process:
If you encounter any hardware-related issues during the warranty period, please follow these steps to initiate a warranty claim:
- Contact our customer service team by emailing sales@greenpcwa.com or calling 1-253-473-4300 to describe the issue and receive guidance on troubleshooting steps.
- If the issue persists, our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Pack the computer securely in a manner similar to how it was received. Include all accessories and manuals.
- Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the computer to the address provided by our customer service team.
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned computer, we will either repair or replace the defective components, or the entire unit, at our discretion. Repaired or replaced components are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.
Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Accidents, misuse, or abuse
- Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or alterations
- Acts of nature, such as floods, earthquakes, or lightning
- Software-related issues or data loss
Proof of Purchase:
Please retain your proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, as it will be required to validate your warranty claim.
Additional Information:
- The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
- Shipping costs for warranty returns are the responsibility of the customer.
